Subscription Service Agreement

This Subscription Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between JinDao Tai ("Provider"), and you ("Subscriber"). By subscribing to the TSRI MACD trading indicator service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Description

    • ​The TSRI MACD trading indicator is a tool available on TradingView. It is designed to assist in analyzing market trends but does not constitute a recommendation or investment advice for any specific trades.​

  2. Trial and Subscription Terms

    • Free Trial: Subscriber is entitled to a one-month free trial. No charges will be applied during this period.

    • Subscription Fee: After the free trial, the Subscriber will be automatically charged a subscription fee as specified in the Pricing Plan.

    • Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be charged monthly from the day the free trial ends, using the major credit card provided by the Subscriber.

  3. Payment Methods

    • The Provider accepts major credit cards for subscription payments.​

  4. Termination and Cancellation

    • Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their subscription by contacting the Provider through the contact page at https://jindaotai.com/contact.

    • Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made during the free trial or mid-month

  5. Service Disruption

    • Disruption Due to TradingView: The Provider is not responsible for any disruptions in service caused by TradingView or any issues that prevent the indicator from functioning properly on the TradingView platform.

    • Other Disruptions: The Provider is not liable for any interruptions, delays, or failures in the delivery of the service due to causes beyond the Provider's control, including but not limited to, internet outages, power failures, or other force majeure events.

  6. Disclaimer of Liability

    • The TSRI MACD trading indicator is a tool and not a recommendation or investment advice for any trades.

    • The Provider is not liable for any losses, including loss of revenue, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or damages for lost profits, revenues, business interruption, or loss of business information, even if the Provider knew they were possible or reasonably foreseeable.

  7. Intellectual Property

    • The TSRI MACD trading indicator and all related materials are the exclusive property of the Provider.

    • Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license only to use the indicator. Subscribers may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the indicator or any part of it.

  8. Privacy and Data Handling

    • The Provider respects your privacy. For detailed information on how your data is handled, please refer to our privacy policy available on our website.​

  9. Cookies

    • Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. By using the service, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our cookie policy.​

    • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider resides.

    • Amendments: The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Subscriber regarding the use of the TSRI MACD trading indicator. By subscribing to the TSRI MACD trading indicator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
